I completed the paperwork (to include the exact number for the birth certificate I was requesting) and paid the fee - APR 2012. Mrs.

Brown contacted me with a question about my order. I was not able to speak to her directly so I left 15 messages over the past 5 months on her voicemail to include all details about the certificate (number, names and etc).

I still don't have the birth certificate, they refuse to respond and they took my money. Don't use vitalchek - they will rob you of your money and will not provide you with your product!
