I have tried on two different occasions to obtain my Birth Certificate through this company. Both times they send form letters rejecting my request, they ask for more documentation, I send it both times.

They send back more form letters and never acknowlege reciept of the Documents. And never send the Birth Certificates. They have used my Bank Account to purchase documents from State of Oklahoma but have never sent them to me. I am filing a complaint everywhere on the Web I can think of to Warn other unsuspecting Consumers.

They do not seem to have any way to contact them and outside of recieving their forms refuse to contact me. No Phone Numbers are provided at all
