I ordered a birth certificate thru usbirthcertificate i ended up goin thru vital check after that, vital check said fax a statement saying they received the payment? Ok i call back to ask were to fax it too ,, on the account info from the bank it says usbirthcertificate and the payment of $49 that i was charged on my girls debit card the money has been taken out and when i track my order it says bank declined payment idk what is goin on , after all the reviews i tried it to think i was *** enough to,,, man Im really mad $49 is almost 1 day of work, i emailed 3 times I've been redirected to Different number i get to the last direct help line number for VITALCHEK i call 7 times with no answer? What type of *** is this?
