I submitted an application for a birth certificate on 5/29/18 as well as sent my check for the amount requested, along with needed documents and it is now 6/11/18 and still have yet to receive my sons birth certificate. I've called over five times and each time was at-least a 25 minute wait and every time a rep did get on the phone no one took the time to listen and they hung up on me a few times or would transfer me over to another department who would only transfer me back to them.
One person specifically who was really rude was name Kalup not sure if I spelled the name correctly. Will never do business with them again and I will be filing a compliant with the BBB!
