i ordered 3 birth certificates for my wife and my two sons back on 3/15/17 and selected the basic shipping which was 25-28days ive been calling and calling and on hold for hours for my records or my refund and still no answer evey time i call they will put me on hold once i hang up and maybe a hour later they send me a email stating they are behind on orders my order is still being processed the sad thing is i went and drove 3hours away and picked up the records from the main office and had to pay for them there and im still on hold as we speak 2hrs and 21min
