I just find they are a little bit expensive with the document, fees and shipping.

At least received my document without issues or delays.

I was going on a trip overseas in less than two weeks and the passport office wouldnt accept my old birth certificate.

Service was speedy, however I was notified by county that my birth certificate was not on file with them at cuz Ill but at the State. They offered to help me with that process but I had found my certificate.

I was refunded my fee by the county which I did not expect. I have no negative comments with this company.
