Speedy service recieving Birth certificates.

- - Staff followed up with corrected information.
When I ordered from Chatham County in Savannah, Georgia, I followed procedure and my son's birth certificates were both here within a few days. Not the 30 days, literally 3 days.
My first son, who was adopted, they could not find his first, but it was in his original name, in which I was confused because I thought since we changed it at 2 years old, it was legal; that was that.
I was upset that it was still down there as his original name, where he wants his name to be as it is today. Always follow through, give correct information, and follow up.

Terrible, My sister and I keep getting the run around about the payment. This is ridiculous, I need a phone call back because this has been going on for over a month now.
I have called my sister has called and we keep getting the run around from you. If this isn't resolved, i'm going to call the better business bure, and the state of california and let them know that obviously you're trying to give us the run around instead of refunding my money

Its been over a month and I still havent received my birth certificate. This is *** I received my Social Security card sooner than my birth certificate card, but it still took quite a while for me to get that. I would not recommend vital check.

The first time ordering, the only setback I had was that my payment had declined. That was my fault!
VitalCheck couldn't help with the issue of my payment not going through; they did their part in trying to complete my order, so there was no other choice but to decline my payment. If I need to do it again, I would.

Expensive
It arrived in a timely manner, and it was a whole lot easier than having to go to Louisiana to get it, but it was expensive. Honestly, I would recommend it to others, though.
The only thing is UPS left it laying on a porch instead of leaving it somewhere safer. But as far as the actual vital check, wonderful.

Did not receive my marriage license
I ordered my marriage license from Albany, KY, on August 13. I was told it would be here by 9/3, but it still hasn't shown up, and it's 9/8. I can't get a real ID without it, so I'm kind of worried!

Unable to contact Denver local vital statistics office or anyone through vital check pissed co consumer
I have been putting on hold 3 different times, all four or more hours long, with no customer service available. I need to get my birth certificate remailed to my address on file and get my birth certificate that I paid for.

I can't believe how easy this was. I thought I would have to go to IL to get my cert but I saw this was an option on the county clerk website.

I have used this company several times and have never had a delayed order ive never had to reach out to someone in customer service i think its a little pricey but very nice to have available especially if you move a lot like I have and cant go in person
