According to VitalChek FAQs, your order number and pin will be sent to the valid email address you have provided. Check the spam folder as well for the confirmation letter. If you haven't received the letter, contact VitalChek customer service via Ask a Question option at their website.

VitalChek faq page states that if you have already placed an order on the company web site or by telephone with one of their customer service agents, the Estimated Processing Time for your order can be found on the Order Confirmation email you were sent at the time it was placed. You can also access VitalChek Order Receipt which will also have the processing time by visiting the My Order page. Simply login with the 8-digit Order Number and 6-digit PIN you were provided in your confirmation email.

VitalChek will only be able to provide limited assistance for any corrections/amendments that must be made on an original record. To get the contact information for the agency you ordered from, you may visit the Agency Listings page on vitalchek.com. This will give you a list of the states and city/county vital records offices that VitalCheck works with. When selecting a state, it will provide contact details for the state and/or county and city offices.
