I ordered a copy of my birth certificate. What I was sent is wrong.

My mother's place of birth is not her place of birth. Vital Chek is impossible to get ahold of to talk to a customer service agent. You get multiple voices telling you that they're experiencing a high call volume and to call back later. I have sat on hold for more than two hours with no response.

I want my money back.

I would not do business with this company again. I'm sure their call volume is huge if they issue incorrect certificates to others, which I'm sure they do.

Also, the certificate I received is not acceptable for the passport office, my specific reason for ordering this.
