VitalChek - Double charge

So my wife went on Vitalchek to order a birth certificate and the site timed out on her she then went back on got past where she was when she timed out and submitted her order. Days later she gets an email saying they needed some more info then the very next day the certificate came in the mail.
Now they have charged us for a second one. When contacted they had not sent the second one out but would not stop it and refund the money.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

My wife did work with Irene in customer service, and we were told there is nothing that could be done. Irene did ask if the site timed out.
So if your site processes an order even if the site times out you have a problem. The second certificate is now on it's way having shipped the day after we tried to resolve the issue.
