My mother requested my birth certificate and paid for it. We both sent in paperwork since it was unaware in the email whose ID and signature they wanted so we both sent ours in.

Our order was then denied! I have to have my birth certificate immediately for foster parenting, and this crap I have to deal with no isn't helping! How about you guys contact someone through a phone number! Don't ask for it if you are not going to use it!

I shouldn't have to pay again when this is not on me or her! You guys need to fix it and I mean fix it immediately!
