the amount of 60 bucks has been taking from our account and i have faxed in what needed to be faxed yet it still says pending.I found my birth certificate and now I want to cancel my order.as soon as possible that money needs to be placed back into our account.we are not happy customers.october 5 ,2016 the money was deducted and nothing has even been processed.someone needs to call us 850-460-4147 i donnot want to order one nomore.cannot get a rep on the pone,twice i have called on hold for 40 minutes each.not happy
