Vital cheks customer service was good. They were very nice and informative.

Only problem was I got the wrong birth certificate but it was the fault of my home county-not theirs so I wont judge them off that. My county was one or the few that handle their own customers after the order has been placed and for issuesughh Then I had to pay out of pocket to return the other persons birth certificate so I wasnt a very happy camper but Vital Chek did their part I would say.

Beware. They say they take 24 to 48 hours to process a request, but in reality they took more than 2 weeks for mine.

You must stay on top of your order. Do not wait days for processing that never happens. Their customer service is terrible. You can only reach them by email, and they only seem to look at about 1 in 3 that were sent.

They are focused on taking your money, not providing the document.

Just be persistent. I wound up uploading 2 copies of my notarized form along with a faxed copy before they did anything.

The website ordering process was really easy. Everything was clearly explain, from the facts about what they do, the products provided, who researches and gets the items, and when/gmhiw to be shipped.

All time-frame during the process were clearly outlined (goid estimates--also, info about if oroblena arise, why. & how to resolve).


Fortunately--since it became o vioys that the researches easily found my 1966 birth certificate!), I receuved the certificates in 4 days. I ordered my certificate in maryland, for a colorado birth certificate, on a tuesday and I received it Friday of the the same week! I'm just wowed, that the fast request from them, really dud occur.

The prices are reasonable, esp.

since the certicates were rec'd fast as ordered (i.e., they did their job as paid for!).
The Certificates were shipped in a nice envelope that did not get ruined anytime during the mailing process (& the 3rd party involvement of the the U.S postol service also did not ruin the envelope either).
I never had to call customer service, because I had no problems during the entire process, including all information provided on the website about their services (totally clear and understandable, with what-ifs) and the ordering process was totally also clear & precise (which I like because a lot of companies fail with clarity).
My new birth certicates are nice! (I will feel betternow when I have to turn it over to different security/mva US-ID vetting as opposed to ratty, Falling-apart, old, fadded ink spots, birth certificate from the 60s ha ha)

The representative was helpful. However, the requested document could not be resolved from her end. I had to contact the vital check in Florida. I was unsuccessful reaching out to a representative in Florida. I am not sure why the order has not arrived. If it was going to be late or needing more information, I wish it could have been communicated with me immediately to resolve the issue. I would wait patiently if I knew it was going to arrive late.
