Not sure what to say about that but I think I will not use the platform again
They are supposed to be affiliated with the LA County Court Registrar. I needed to change my last name on my SS card and I needed to get my marriage certificate replacement to change my last name and I went through vitalchek as the county website directed me and I paid for notary and for my certificate and it was supposed to be expedited and I was supposed to sign for that and they ship it through UPS, I tracked it and on the 3rd of June I get a notification that it was delivered early that morning around 10:30 and I went to go get it but there was nothing. I called both UPS and *** and they opened an investigation to locate my package and they closed my case stating that the photo shows it was delivered. I asked all my neighbors if they picked it up but they said no.
I needed this document and now because of all this, I got no refund no replacement, nothing and now I may be terminated from my housing program because of this. I don't know what to do now and I have no one who could help me and it's frustrating and heartbreaking because I did everything I possibly could do and I did what I was supposed to do and the result of following directions leads me to possible homelessnes.

Got doucument fast and picked up
I placed my order, and within the next business day, it was said to be ready to be picked up at my local health department. It was very simple and easy. The only way I could see someone having a problem is if they cannot pay via card, but other than that, it was not a problem for me.

Copy of insite to death certificate
- - No paperwork or updates after 2 months from Vital Check.
- - Five reps gave the same answer; delays affect personal and financial plans.
I ordered through vital check and have yet to receive paperwork . I have not gotten a update by email or even a phone call.
Dealing with this issue for the past 2 months.
I have spoken to 5 different people who give the same answer. this is holding my personal life up and I have financial priorities to handle and cannot due to lost paperwork by either USPS OR Vital CHECK.
